I help my clients build newfound confidence to live their most authentic, fulfilling lives.

In our work together, I’ll help you...

Identify and replace self-defeating thought patterns

Create and implement coping skills for when life feels overwhelming

Find purpose and meaning in everyday life (even in the midst of ongoing emotional or physical pain)

Feel more prepared for the unforeseen challenges life throws your way

Develop interpersonal skills to help you build more satisfying relationships

Learn how to unmask and embrace your most authentic self

What’s it like to work with me

As a queer, neurodivergent woman, I intimately understand the weight of living in a world that just doesn’t get it. Because of this, I strive to offer a genuinely unique therapy experience rooted in empathy, honesty, and radical acceptance. You’re taking this next step because you want to grow, and what you’ve been trying so far hasn’t been working. I don’t take your commitment to this process lightly and aim to provide a safe, empowering space for you to pursue that growth.

We can’t always decide the cards we are dealt. There are so many things that life thrusts upon us: our genetics, our parents, a devastating life event, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and so much more. What we can control is how we choose to live with these things.

Partnership is key in my counseling practice. You know your mind and body better than anyone, giving us the insights we need when working together. Our work will be centered around utilizing your personal strengths to bring light to the growth you’ve been wanting to experience while also acknowledging and accepting that which feels unacceptable. The radical acceptance of the self leads to authentic, lasting growth.

Partner with me and go from surviving what life has thrust upon you to thrive as you learn to love your most authentic self.
